Balmeta is a single varietal wine made from the Carignan, the most traditional grape of the Empordà, a land of flowers and red skies, where the vines stoically resist the Tramontane north wind.
Coromina is produced from a selection of our oldest Grenache and Carignan vines, which tell the story of a long winemaking tradition and a unique region, the Empordà.
Deep ruby colour. It has aromas of berries, red pepper and black pepper. Vigorous and well-rounded, in the mouth you find blackberries and blackcurrants, with pleasant and persistent tannins. The aftertaste carries truffles and tobacco notes.
Red wine that boasts an intense cherry red colour and aromas black fruit, such as blackberries and plums, along with a final touch of liquorices and coffe. On the palate, the wine is well-structured and round.
This wine consists of a blend of Grenache, Carignan, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Merlot. Lots of different red and black fruit flavours complimented with a nice spiciness. Ripe wine in which you do taste the warm climate.
Intense, bright red hue with purplish tones. Powerful aromas of ripe fruit, such as blackberries and cherries, along with liquorice and pepper notes. Big on the palate with well-structured, smooth tannin, and a long finish which replays the intense fruit
