Just as in our shop in Lisse , you are most welcome as an internet-shopper and we are happy to keep you satisfied with every visit.
For shipping we do have the following “conditions”, please find our shortlist below:
- All prices include VAT.
- By law you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days. In these 14 days you can send back the product, but only if the product(s) is unopened, not used and in original packing. Returncosts are for the account of the person or company returning the goods.
- We maintain “Smaakgarantie/ Tasteguarantee”, our products have been tested and keep up to the highest taste standards. In case you are not satisfied about a product, please do contact us by e-mail or directly in our store. In general only Non-Food products can be returned. For Non-Food products the service and guarantee applies that have been set by our producer/supplier. For food products and in case of profound reasons we will discuss with you replacement of the product.
- Payment is always prepaid and handled through our website. You can pay by iDeal or creditcard. We accept the following creditcards: MasterCard & Visa
- Within the Netherlands up to an orderamount of EURO (€)75,00 we charge shippingcosts of €6,95. If you wish to pick up your order in our shop in Lisse, NL. this is free at charge.
For delivery to Belgium for orders up to an amount of €75,00, we charge €9,95.

- We’ll do our utmost best to deliver orders within the Netherlands placed before 16:00 to you the next day. Exceptions are orders placed on Sun- and the Dutch public Holidays. In case a product is sold-out we will contact you to find a suiting solution. For further details please read “Verzenden en Retourneren”.
- Please note: <18 No alcohol! We do not sell alcholic products and beverages to people < 18. In case alcholic products or beverages are ordered we will ask you for your proof of Identify before shipping.
