Von Winning is located just south of Frankfurt, Germany and they immediately loved the idea so they shipped 2000liters of their Sauvignon Blanc and at the same time, we brewed a Blanche wheat beer at LERVIG and dry-hopped it with Nelson Sauvin hops.

Now we blended: 80% Blanche beer and 20% Sauvignon Blanc wine resulting in;
“Sauvignon Blanche”.

With aromas of passionfruit and yellow gooseberry, the wine complements the beer’s delicate profile resulting in an unparalleled fusion of flavors.
