This young matured cheese has been specially developed for Smaakhuis and is made to our own recipe at the Slob cheese farm. The result is a buttery-soft, creamy cheese with a fresh, approachable flavour and just enough character to keep surprising you.
The Stompetoren young matured cheese is about two months old. Due to the relatively high humidity in the warehouse, the cheese remains wonderfully soft and creamy in taste and structure.
