Smooth porter with caramel, coffee and dark chocolate flavours accompanied by firm hoppy bitterness and silky texture. Beneath the velvety foam we find rich dark chocolate, caramel maltiness and cocoa.
Perdre el Nord Merlot is a young cherry-coloured wine. With aromas of cherries, blackberries and notes of pepper and liquorice. On the palate, it is tasty with a good tannic structure and a long finish.
This specialty is made by farmer Slob from Giessenburg, Holland. The spice mix includes basil, garlic and pine nuts and the cheese is wonderfully soft and creamy.
