100% Grenache Gris. The wine has a bright light pink colour. Intense aromas of white flowers like roses and berries like blackberry and blackcurrant. On the palate, we find citrus notes (grapefruit and mandarin) and again blackcurrant.

While in the belly of our barrels this porter meets our house cultures and finds depth and character. The result is a luxurious beer with notes of chocolate, caramel, plums, dates and coffee. A beer to savour, whether now or in 5 years.
Mudskipper is our New England IPA. The malt bill and London Ale yeast give this beer a very hazy appearance and a soft texture. Plenty of dry hop is added during fermentation, where bio-transformation creates very expressive fruity flavours.
