In this first collaboration, we explored their new Mosaic YCH701 hop extract. We chose Mosaic T90, our trusted hop, and combined it with Superdelic.
Out of this world Double IPA with a dry-hop of none other than two experimental hops: HBC630 from Yakima Chief for tropical jungle aromas and Nelson CGX from New Zealand Hops for all the NZ goodness.
