Jim Beam barrel-aged barley wine was blended with a selection of stouts aged in Heaven Hill barrels for over 2 years in a ratio of 25% barley wine to 75% imperial stout.

We took our best barrels with the higher ABV due to the angels’ share that has evaporated over the year in Jim Beam barrels and infused them with the almost 3-year-old Heaven Hill-aged Paragon 22.
Original Sin Bourbon Barrel is a chocolate treasure-trove with deep boubon barrel overtones. The dark malt complexity of this imperial stout gives way to notes of milky mocha coffee, vanilla, and dark chocolate.
Barleywine aged in Bourbon barrels for 18 months. This edition of Lervig's distinguished barley wine displays strong notes of caramel and oak-ageing with hints of tabacco, fruit cake and vanilla. 13,8%
Paragon 2022 brings together a bourbon barrel-aged Barleywine and masterfully expresses notes of dried figs, raisins and vanilla, complemented by caramel, toffee and chocolate notes from the malt. The result is a symphony of flavors.
In 2023, we used fresh, high-char Jim Beam barrels in which the beer matured for one year. We think the result is pretty awesome and can best be described as a Kentucky hug.

A virtual brew on St. Patrick’s Day 2021 with Kelsey Grammer. First off we brewed a coffee-infused milk stout. We then aged this in fresh Irish whiskey barrels. The result is an amazing Irish coffee stout.
